FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and inheritance taxes be paid by rr~ ;inafter named Executor or Executrix as soon after my decease as may conveniently done. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00). each to THY JO TOMPKINS, of Tyrone, Pennsylvania, to EMILY MARIE TOMPKI~TS, of cone, Pennsylvania, to THOMAS B.
