Enclosed are two copies of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return Resident Decedent with
applicable schedules, a copy of the probated will and valuation statements attached fo:r the above
referenced decedent. There is no additional Inheritance Tax due on the return.
An Inventory of assets of the Estate of Donald E. Driver is also enclosed.
A check in the amount of $80.00 is enclosed to cover the additional probate fees and the filing
fees for the Inheritance Tax Return and Inventory. This information was obtained by our
accountant when she called your office on June 28, 2010.
