This check represents the payment on account of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax on anon-
probate asset. This payment will yield a 5% discount in the amount of $1b7.90 for a total
credit towards Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax in the amount of $2,157.93. Please issue a
