Please be advised that I represent the interests of Leona M. Fickel and
Crampton, the daughters and only children of Gilbert K. Shirk. Previously, by cover le
April 1, 2010, a check in tfie amount of $3,700.00 was tendered to your office as the

Enclosed are two original Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns both sign by Mrs.
Fickel, Mrs. Crampton and myself. I am also enclosing three extra copies of the Inherit nce Tax
Return, which I would ask that you date-stamp and return to me. I am also enclosin a check
made payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of $15.00 as the fee to file the In eritance
Tax Return.
Finally, I am also enclosing originals and three extra copies of Revenue Fo s 1543,
completed and signed by Mrs. Crampton and Mrs. Fickel with regard to the joint hacking
Account and two joint Certificates of Deposit they co-owned with the Decedent, Gilbe K. Shirk
at the time of his death. As indicated on the forms, the inheritance taxes owed on t e jointly
titled accounts have been reported on the Inheritance Tax Return and the required in eritance
taxes previously paid when the estimate check of $3,700.00 was tendered on April 1, 2010.
Please return to me two date-stamped copies for each of the six separate Raven a Forms
1543.
