Dye and Susan E. Dye ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 90 Salem Church Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-19-1606 Parcel No.: 018 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from June 1, 2010 through August 1, 2010. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. S. § 5601, et sect., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P. L. 207, 53 P. S. § 7101, et sea., as supplemented and amended.
