PRELIMINARY DECREE RESPONDENT ENJOINED FROM DISSIPATING
ASSETS
AND NOW, this, /.~,,~,,d.- Lo" , 2010, upon petition for injunctive relief
of the Petitioners as beneficiaries under the will of Wilma Scheer, Deceased, and the
Court having determined that (1) the Estate will suffer irreparable harm if the requested
relief is not granted immediately; (2) there is no adequate remedy at law; and (3) greater
injury would be inflicted upon the Estate by denial of temporary injunctive relief than
will be inflicted upon respondents by granting such relief, it is hereby ordered and
decreed that:
1. Respondent, Eugene Scheer, is hereby temporarily enjoined from
dissipating any Maple Leaf Coins held for the benefit of, or titled individually, jointly or
in trust or otherwise for Beneficiary until further order of the Court.
2. This order shall remain effective until further order of the Court.
3. A Citation is awarded, directed to Respondent for Respondent to show
cause why he should not be enjoined from dissipating any coins held for the benefit of, or
title individually, jointly or in trust or otherwise for Beneficiaries until further order of

4. No bond is necessary because the coins will be held in escrow by counsel
for Executor, Steven Wilds, Esquire and therefore, the assets will not be at risk. Petitioner
will serve notice of the Preliminary Injunction hearing on the Respondent n~r-
