Motion To Extend Time For Filing Post-Hearing Briefs in light of the death on July 17,
2010 of Barbara McK. Mumma, one of the two executrixes of the above-referenced estate
and the mother of the beneficiaries of the estate, and for the reasons set forth in the Unop-
posed Motion, it hereby is ORDERED that the time within which the parties are to file
post-hearing briefs shall be extended to October 8, 2010.
