The Plaintiff desires that the parties have shared legal custody of the minor child, Danielle N. Bretzman. 5. The Plaintiff desires joint or primary physical custody of the minor child, Danielle N. Bretzman. 6. The best interests and permanent welfare of the minor child requires that the Court grant the Plaintiff's request as set forth above. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Daniel E. Bretzman, respectfully requests that he be awarded joint or primary physical custody and shared legal custody of Danielle E. The Petitioner believes that the Respondent has used and continues to use cocaine while the minor child is in her care and custody. 7. The best interests of the child require that the Petitioner be granted temporary custody of the minor child with periods of physical custody to the Respondent provided that she is able to consistently pass random drug testing for cocaine. "They're putting me in a category with people I am far from," Wiley said. "I don't use cocaine. I don't sell co- caine. I don't do any of that. I am an everyday, ordinary mom. I just verified what the car was. I didn't give him anything more than that, I only did it one time." Wiley did ,- admit she knew she was violating PennDOT policy when she got the information. E. And it ended up be- ing enough to make Wiley one of 14 people state charged in what police say is a $5.2 million cocaine ring that controlled drug sales in the Harrisburg area. Authorities said Iridis "Mooch" Smith - identified by police as one of the alleged ring's two leaders - got Wiley to check the license plate to see if a car he thought was tail- ing him belonged to a drug agent. Wiley, who was charged with lion worth of cocaine and marijuana to users in the Harrisburg area, Attorney General Tom Corbett said. Agents seized 2.9 pounds of cocaine, 18.5 pounds of marijuana and $39,000 in cash during the investigation. The investigation, which began in April and ended this week, reached not only in- side PennDOT but also into the State Correctional Insti- tution at Camp Hill. Smith is a Camp Hill pris- on employee who worked in the prison mailroom. Smith is charged with selling co- caine to three co-workers at the prison, Brian Harris, Sherry Bretzman and Rox- anne Price. Harris and Bretzman "ob- tained smaller quantities of cocaine for personal use and redistribution," and Price bought cocaine five or six times in the past year for her own use, agents said. Corbett said the four Camp Hill employees are clerks or work in the kitchen. None is a correctional officer and none was charged with selling cocaine to inmates. In addition to Smith, agents said the other princi- pal figure in the organization was Juan "Papa" Sanchez. "I don't use cocaine. I don't sell co- caine. I don't do any of that. I am an everyday, ordinary mom. I just verified what the car was. I didn't give him anything more than that. I only did it one time." Wiley did admit she knew she charged in what police say is a $5.2 million cocaine ring that controlled drug sales in the Harrisburg area. Authorities said Iridis "Mooch" Smith - identified by police as one of the alleged ring's two leaders - got Wiley to check the license plate to see if a car lie thought was tail- ing him belonged to a drug agent. Wiley. who was charged with was violating PennDOT policy when she got the information, according to authorities. And it ended up be- ing enough to make Wiley nnn n£ td lion worth of cocaine and marijuana to users in the Harrisburg area, Attorney General Tom Corbett said. Agents seized 2.9 pounds of cocaine, 18.5 pounds of marijuana and $39,000 in cash during the investigation. The investigation, which began in April and ended this week, reached not only in- side PennDOT but also into the State Correctional Insti- tution at Camp Hill. Smith is a Camp Hill pris- on employee who worked in the prison mailroom. Smith is charged with selling co- caine to three co-workers at the prison, Brian Harris, Sherry Bretzman and Rox- anne Price. Harris and Bretzman "ob- tained smaller quantities of cocaine for personal use and redistribution," and Price bought cocaine five or six times in the past year for her own use, agents said. Corbett said the four Camp Hill employees are clerks or work in the kitchen. None is a correctional officer and none was charged with selling cocaine to inmates. In addition to Smith, agents said the other princi- pal figure in the organization was Juan "Papa" Sanchez.
