CIVIL TERM PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF SCHOOL POLICE OFFICERS TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: The South Middleton School District by its Solicitors, Snelbaker, Brenneman & Spare, P.C., hereby makes application to this Court for the appointmem of School Police Officers for the South Middleton School District under the provisions of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. 7-778), and represents as follows: 1. That the South Middleton School District is a duly organized and constituted school district located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. That said South Middleton School District is desirous of and in need of School Police Officers to act as policemen of said School District. 3. That the Board of School Directors of the South Middleton School District has by resolution adopted on June 7, 2004 designated the following named persons to act as School Police Officers for the school year ending June 30, 2005, subject to the appointmem by your Honorable Court: Edward Griffith, 1495 York Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 William Hedrick, 3 Forge Road, Boiling Springs, PA 17007 Terry Hockley, 310 Bounybrook Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 Dianna L.
