AND, NOW, this ~,~ day of .a S~ , 2010, upon consideration of the within
Petition to Wi#hdraw as Trustee, and upon mo on of Sally J. Winder, Esquire, Attorney for the Estate of
Mary H. McCrea, deceased, it is
ORDERED ANO DIRECTED, that upon Confirmation of the First and Final Account of the Estate of Mary H.
McCrea, and there being no Objections to the Account or Proposed Schedule of Distribution filed in this
matter, the residuary share of Lucy M. Berilla, nee Lucy M. Jansema, shall be paid as follows:
1. Ten Percent of the residuary share shall be distributed d'ireMly to Lucy M. Jansema by the
Executor of the Estate in compliance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of Mary H.
McCrea as her distributable share in 2010.
2. The remainder of the residuary share of Lucy M. Jansema shall be distributable to an annuity or
similar investment account to be invested through F&M Bank, or its successors, under terms
that provide for the payment to Lucy M. Jansema, of an annual amount equal to ten percent of
the original amount of the residuary share plus any accumulated income thereon, to be paid in
January of each year or at such interval as required by the terms of the annuity.
AND, FURTHER, that the residuary share of Mary Jane Spencer, as shown on the Proposed Schedule
of Distribution shalt be paid to her directly by the Executor, it appearing that this complies with the
terms of the Last Will and Testament of Mary H. McCrea.
Should there be any Objections to the First and Final Account or Proposed Schedule of Distribution
filed in this matter, then this Order shall be vacated and a citation issue upon the within Petition for
rule to show cause why the petition should not be granted,
