I, FREDERICK E. KESSLER, of South Middleton Townshil~~ Cumberand "
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM I: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of very nature
and wherever situate to my wife, ALTHEA L. KESSLER, if s~e survives
me.
ITEM II: Should my wife, ALTHEA L. KESSLER, fail tb survive me,
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, of every nature and wherever situate, as follows:,
A. 10 o thereof to FIRST CHURCH OF GOD, New Curr~berland,
Pennsylvania.
B. 30% thereof to my son, FREDERICK E. KESSLER, JR., IN
TRUST, for the following uses and purposes:

1. To pay the net income therefrom to my son,
FREDERICK E. KESSLER, JR.
2. In case of illness or emergency to pay~as much of
the principal of the trust as the Trustee, in her sole discretion,
deems advisable for the support of my son, FREDERICK E. KESSLER, JR.

3. Upon the death of my son, FREDERICK E. KESSLER,
JR., all the then remaining principal and undistributedincome shall
be distributed to his issue, per stirpes.
C. 30$ thereof to my daughter, SUSAN K. SANSOI~'I, or to her
issue, per stirpes. l
D. 6o thereof to FREDERICK E. KESSLER, III, i~f he survives
me, and in default thereof to his issue, per stirpes. Should
FREDERICK E. KESSLER, III, fail to survive me and leave i~o living
issue, I devise and bequeath his 6% share to ANDREW J. K~SSLER.
E. 6o thereof to ANDREW J. KESSLER, if he sur~ives me, and
in default thereof to his issue, per stirpes. Should ANDREW J.
KESSLER fail to survive me and leave no living issue, I devise and
bequeath his 6o share to FREDERICK E. KESSLER, III. II
F. 6% thereof to GLEN A. SANSOM, JR., if he sulvives me, and
in default thereof to his issue, per stirpes. Should GLEN A. SANSOM,
JR., fail to survive me and leave no living issue, I devil'se and
bequeath his 6% share to NICHOLE N. BEAGLE.
G. 6% thereof to NICHOLE N. BEAGLE, if she sur~ives me, and
in default thereof to her living issue, per stirpes. Sho~ild NICHOLE
N. BEAGLE fail to survive me and leave no living issue, I~'idevise and
bequeath her 6% share to GLEN A. SANSOM, JR.
H. 3~ thereof to SUE ROBERTS, if she survives Vie, and in
default thereof to her issue, per stirpes. Should SUE RO~ERTS fail to

survive me and leave no living issue, I devise and bequeath her 3%
share to AMY ROBERTS.
I. 3o thereof to AMY ROBERTS, if she survivesl~~,me, and in
default thereof to her issue, per stirpes. Should AMY RbBERTS fail to
survive me and leave no living issue, I devise and bequeath her 30
share to SUE ROBERTS.
ITEM III: I appoint my Executrix and her successors guardian of
any property which passes, either under this will or oth~rwise, to a
minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoi~t a guardian
and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this ap-
pointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of ',any fiduciary
in its discretion to distribute a share where possible tc~ the minor or
to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the
power to use principal as well as income from time to tirr~e for the
minor's support and education (including college educatio~, both
graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her ~arent's
ability to provide for such support and education, or to #nake payment
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to th~ minor or to
the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the mi~or.
ITEM IV: I appoint NICOLE N. BEAGLE, Trustee of anyl!~trust
created under this my Last Will and Testament. Should NI~OLE N.
BEAGLE fail to qualify or cease to act as Trustee, I appo~.nt ORRSTOWN

BANK, successor Trustee, of any trust created under this my Last Will
and Testament.

ITEM V: My fiduciary shall receive compensation for the perfor-
mance of its functions hereunder in accordance with its ~~standard
schedule of fees in effect from time to time during the ~eriod under
which its services are performed. ',
ITEM VI: I appoint my wife, ALTHEA L. KESSLER, Exe~utrix of this
my last will. Should my wife, ALTHEA L. KESSLER, fail t~ qualify or
cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my daughter, SUSAN ~. SANSOM,
Executrix of this my last will.

ITEM VII: No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be r~quired to
post bond or enter security for the faithful performance~!,of his/her
duties in any jurisdiction.
