MACOMBER, of the Township of Lower Allen, Cumberlam~ County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and revoke any Will previpusly made by me. ITEM I. I bequeath my automobiles, household and personal effects, and other ta~glble personalty of like nature (not including cash or securities), together with any existing insurance thereof, to such of my children as aze living on the thirty-first day after my death to be divided among them by m~ executors with due regard for their personal preferences and as neazly equal shares as practical. ITEM II. I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate, as follows: A. One-half thereof to my son, DWIGHT F. MACOMBER if he is .living oin the 315 day following my death. If the said DWIGHT F. MACOMBER is not then living, his shaze shad be distributed to his then living issue per stirpes and in default of such issue, his shaze shall be added to and treated as part of the share created under Paragraph B below. B. One-half thereof to my daughter, GAY L. MACOMBER if she is then liv~n~. If the said GAY L. MACOMBER is not then living, her share shall be distributed to her then living i~~ue per stirpes and in default of such issue, her share shall be added to and treated as part of the shaze created in Paragraph A above. ITEM III. One-sixth thereof to Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire. D. One-sixth thereof to Thayer School of Engineering, Hanover, New Hampsl~i>f e. ITEM IV. I appoint Mid-Point Bank, guardian of any property which passes, ei er under this Will or otherwise, to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guazd~ and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this appointment of a guazdian shall not apply to property distributable to a minor for whom I have otherwise made special provision and provided', further that this appointment of a guazdian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its discretion to c~i~tribute a share where possible to the minor or to another for the minor" benefit. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor" support and education (ir~c~uding college education, both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's ability to ~irbvide for such support or education and to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility do the minor or to the minor's parent or to any person taking caze of the minor. My executors and guazdian shall have the following powers in addition tq tlhose vested in them by law and by other provisions of my Will, applicable to all property, whether prindi~al or income, including property held for minors, exercisable without court approval, and effective until ach~al distribution of all property: A. To retain any or all of the assets of my estate, real or personal, including any sh~es of stock or other securities I may own of the corporate fiduciary or its successors, or of a holding compa~y controlling the corporate fiduciary or its successor, without restriction to investments authorized fqr ;Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as they deem proper, without regazd to any principle of diversification. To invest in all forms of property (including stock or other securities of the cor~o~ate fiduciary or its successor, or of a holding company controlling the corporate fiduciary or its successor, band common trust funds and mortgage investment funds whether maintained by my corporate fiduciary off- {ts successors 009206-00001 / 11.13.01 /R W S/RJ M/ 151753 or others), without restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as they deem proper, without regard to any principle of diversification. D. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or income or partly to each as they from time to time think proper. ', E. To borrow from, or sell to, the trustee under my inter vivos trust mentioned abav~, even though such trustee may be my executor. ITEM VI. I appoint my son, DWIGHT F. MACOMBER and my dauter, GAY L. MACOMBER, executors of this my last Will. Should all the foregoing fail to qualify o~ lease to act as executors, I appoint Mid Penn Bank, executor of this my last Will. ITEM VII.
