consideration of the attached Petition, the Court hereby appoints the Petitioners, Patricia
D. Shelton and John W. Shelton, her husband, Plenary Guardians of the Person and
Estate of the minor child, Lanie Marie Swanger, born on September 6, 2003. Such
appointment is intended to remain in effect only until modified or revoked by the Court.
1~he Petitioners are directed to give notice of their appointment to both of the parents of
the said child and. either of those parents may petition the court for modification or
vacation of the Order, at which time the Court will schedule a hearing for further
proceedings and to give all parties an opportunity to present their positions to the Court.
