LeFORTE and DANNY D. WICKARD, Defendants IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA CIVIL ACTION - LAW COMPLAINT 1. Reliance Finance Company has a place of business located at 712 South Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104-2523. 2. Brent J. Leforte is currently incarcerated at the State Correction Institution at Coal Township, One Kelley Drive, Coal Township, PA 17866-1021. Danny D. Wickard resides at 171 W. Lake Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3. On or around December 28, D. Wickard purchased a 1991 Sales, Inc. The same was December 28, 1996. 4. 1996 Brent J. Nissan 240SX automobile assigned to Reliance Leforte and Danny from Big Dog Auto Finance Company on At the time of sale, Reliance Finance Company and Brent J. LeForte and Danny D. Wickard entered into a motor vehicle installment sale contract. A copy of the same is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 5. Said motor vehicle installment sale contract required Brent J. LeForte and Danny D. Wickard to pay to Reliance Finance Company 42 monthly payments of $257.19 beginning on January 27, 1997. 6. Brent J. LeForte and Danny D. Wickard are delinquent on their payments owed to Plaintiff. 7. The current balance owing by Brent J. LeForte and Danny D. Wickard to Reliance Finance Company on the aforesaid motor vehicle installment sale contract as of July 21, 2000 is $7,270.00. 8. Reliance Finance Company has requested that Brent J. LeForte and Danny D. Wickard pay the aforesaid balance, however, they have refused to pay the same. 9. The aforesaid installment sale contract provides for the recovery of reasonable attorney fees which in this case equal to $475.00. WHEREFORE, Reliance Finance Company requests judgment against Brent J. LeForte and Danny D.
