certification from the Prothonotary's Office verifying that there are no judgments,
decrees of record, or any other of like character against the Petitioner shall be
submitted at the hearing.
It is further ordered that a notice of said hearing shall be published in two
newspapers of general circulation in said county or county contiguous
thereto, one of which publications may be in the official paper for the publication
of legal notices in said county. Such publication shall take place at least ten (10)
days prior to the hearing. Proof of publication shall be submitted prior to or at the
hearing.
