POLICE OFFICERS FOR SOUTH CUMBERLAND COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~r day of September, 2010, upon consideration of the foregoing
application and on the motion of Stock and Leader, LLP, Attorneys for the South Middleton
School District, the request of the foregoing application is granted and the persons listed below
are hereby appointed School Police Officers for the South Middleton School District for the year
ending June 30, 2011, said person being subject to the powers, duties and requirements of the
Public School Code of 1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. 7-778) upon compliance with the
other requirements of the aforesaid Act. The following persons shall have the Authority to
enforce good order in school buildings, on school buses and on school grounds:
