Barzda, it is ordered and decreed that a Citation issue directed to Mary A. Barzda to show
cause why she should not be adjudicated a totally incapacitated person and plenary
Guardians of her estate and person be app~foin~te~d.

Citation, and to the next of kin of the alleged incapacitated person who are sui juris, and
Virginia O. Naugle, the Director of Admissions of the Church of God Home, where the
alleged incapacitated person resides.
