A hearing has been scheduled in the above captioned matter regazding the probate of a copy
of a Last Will and Testament of the above named decedent which hearing is scheduled for August
24, 2010 at 2pm. I represent Donna J. Hulse and Nancy Hulse, who both live on Long Island in New
York State and Bradley L. Crriffie, Esquire represents the petitioners and the estate. Due to the fact
that Nancy Hulse has a chemo treatment scheduled for that date and I do not believe that the parties
received the proper notice, we are respectfully requesting a continuance. Mr. Griffie does not oppose
that and in fact, agrees to a continuance. For scheduling purposes, I believe that the next date(s) that
my clients would be available for a hearing would be September 24~' or September 27~`.
I also anticipate filing an Answer to the Petition previously filed along with New Matter
raising other issues in this action.
