The Plaintiff, Michael Sabella, Pro se, would like to contest
the-way that the will is being interpretated because it is against
what my father, Dominick Sabella, wanted.
I am a inmate at the State correctional institution, Chester
and was to be released over a month ago.
I am a Pro se litigant and here at S.C.I. Chester the law
computers are broken, thus rendering it inpossibe for
me to do any type of research on any of the issues pertaining
to this case. Nor have I been able to meet any deadlines in this
case.
I respectfully request that this Honorable Court grant me
a hearing on this matter and grant me some type of legal assistance
in this case.
