DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE

AND NOW, this ~ day of c~Y~G~ ~~~ , 2010, it appearing that the
First and Final Account and Schedule of Proposed Distribution of Edward H. King, Executor of the
Estate of Lee V. King, late of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, have
been filed and advertised in accordance with law and rules of Court and the same have been
confirmed by the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on August 24, 2010, and
it appearing that said Executor, Edward H. King, in his Schedule of Proposed Distribution claims
the distribution of the real estate in kind to Edward H. King, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that
the hereinafter described real estate is hereby awarded to Edward H. King, his heirs and assigns:

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of mountain land situate in Lower Frankford Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a post at the North Mountain in land now or late of Hallenbach;
thence by other part of same tract, known as Mountain Lot No. 4, formerly of John
Bear, now or formerly of Harry Brehm, South 22-1/2 degrees East 79.4 perches to a
post; thence by lands now or formerly of John Snyder and Albert Gutshall, South 71
degrees West 28 perches to a post; thence by another part of the same tract, known
as Mountain Lot No. 2, now or formerly of Philip Zeigler and Wesley Clouser, North
22 degrees West 79.2 perches to a post; and thence by the Mountain, North 72
degrees East, 28 perches to the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 13 acres and
115 perches, more or less, and known as Mountain Lot No. 3.
BEING the same premises which Lee V. King and Winifred G. King, husband and
wife, by Deed dated July 3, 1978, and recorded on July 3, 1978, in Cumberland
County, PA, Deed Book "W", Volume 27, Page 951, conveyed to Lee V. King and
Winifred G. King, husband and wife. The said Winifred G. King having died
September 14, 1993, title vested solely in the said Lee V. King, decedent herein.

The Recorder of Deeds in and for said County of Cumberland is directed to record this
Decree among the deeds in his official capacity and to index the same in the Grantor index against
the Estate of Lee V. King and in the Grantee index to Edward H. King, in accordance with the
Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciary Code of 1972, as amended, Sections 3534-3536.
