PETITION
The Petition of Dennis J. Hoover respectfully states that:
1. Petitioner was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Valeria Nolan
(the "Estate") by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on July 29, 2009, as in the above-
captioned matter.
2. Petitioner filed his First and Final Account on April 15, 2010, and it was
confirmed nisi by Order of Court dated July 16, 2010.
3. The entire Estate has been distributed to the creditors and the parties entitled
thereto and no other property belonging to the Estate has been received by Petitioner or remains
to be accounted for by Petitioner.
4. Western Surety Company was surety on Petitioner's bond as Personal
Representative in the amount of $950,000 filed in the above-captioned matter. Attached hereto
as Exhibit A is Order of Court dated July 9, 2010 confirming the surety bond was reduced to the
amount of $0.00.
5. The following beneficiaries constitute all parties in interest under the Estate:
a. Dennis J. Hoover
b. Joann Hoover
Attached as Exhibit B is the original signed Acknowledgement of Satisfaction of Distribution
and Consent to Discharge signed by the parties in interest.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court discharge him as
Personal Representative and release him and his surety from all future liability on the bond given
by them.

BENEFICIARIES' ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF
SATISFACTION OF DISTRIBUTION AND CONSENT TO DISCHARGE
The undersigned acknowledge receipt of distribution of the shares of the Estate of Valeria
Nolan (the "Estate") to which the undersigned were entitled, release the Personal Representative,
Dennis J. Hoover, from all further liability in connection with this Estate, and consent to the
entry of a Decree discharging Dennis J. Hoover as Personal Representative of the Estate and to
the release from all future liability on the bond given on his appointment as Personal
Representative without notice, hearing, or waiting period and without further accounting.
