The vehicle, registered to the petitioner, that PennDot is proposing to suspend registration upon is as follows: MAKE: HYUNDAI YEAR: 2004 BODY TYPE: SEDAN LICENSE PLATE#: FTK1882 TITLE#: 60870928 VIN#: KMHWF35H44A082836 2. PennDOT proposes by Notice dated 08/04/10 to suspend the registration for the vehicle for a period of three months, pursuant to Section I 786(d) of the Vehicle Code, effective 09/08/10. 3. The suspension of the registration for this vehicle is improper for the following reasons: The vehicle was insured at the time of the traffic offense, as required by Pdnnsylvania law. Petitioner is able to provide proof of insurance for said vehicle at the time of the offense and at all times before the offense and after the traffic offense while said vehicle had been registered in the name of the petitioner.
