of Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Joshua David Rut~dl~ and
Kassandra Dominga Ortega will apply on September 20, 2010 for a marriage license and. the Court
being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court iS hereby
authorized to issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided al~ provisions
