KREVSKY, who petitions this Honorable Court to appeal the suspension of his license and, in support thereof, offers the following: 1. Petitioner, ROBERT ALFRED LONG, is a Pennsylvania resident residing at 819 Country Club Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 2. On August 11, 2010, Petitioner was advised by the Department of Transportation that his License will be suspended as authorized in Section 3362 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Exhibit A). 3. Petitioner is permitted to appeal the suspension of his license. WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests your Honorable Court to appeal the suspension of his license and to stay the license suspension pending a hearing on this matter.
