COMPLAINT
AND NOW COMES PLAINTIFF, by and through his attorney, Brian C. Linsenbach,
Esquire, and avers the following:
1. Plaintiff is GLENN R. SNYDER, an adult individual with residence at 1607
McCormick Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
2. Defendant is SHAMROCK INSPECTION & LOSS CONTROL, INC., an Ohio
Corporation with its principal offices located at 3620 N High Street B-7, Columbus, Ohio
43214, (hereinafter "Shamrock").
3. Defendant, JENNIFER DEVINE, an adult individual is the contact agent for the
corporation with her agent's address at 3620 N High Street B-7, Columbus, Ohio 43214.
4. Plaintiff believes and avers that JOHN DEVINE, is an adult individual and owner of
Defendant Shamrock.
5. Plaintiff believes and avers that Jennifer Devine is an owner of Defendant Shamrock.
6. Plaintiff believes and avers that Defendants Jennifer Devine and John Devine are in
charge of payroll operations for Defendant Shamrock.
7. Plaintiff was employed by Defendants on or about July 2001.

8. On or about March 14, 2003 Plaintiff was fired from his position with Defendant
Shamrock, and Plaintiffs last day being the end of April 2003.
9. At the time he was fired, Plaintiff was earning $691.50 per week, plus being
reimbursed for expenses. A copy of the past earning statement is attached as Exhibit "A".
10. At the time he was fired, Plaintiff had accrued two weeks vacation.
11. At the time Plaintiff was fired by the Defendants, Defendants owed Plaintiff wages for
the week of April 21, 2003 to April 25, 2003 in the amount of $691.50.
12. At the time Plaintiff was fired by the Defendants, Defendants owed Plaintiff accrued
vacation for two weeks in the amount of $691.50 each week for a total amount of $1,383.00.
13. At the time Plaintiff was fired by the Defendants, Defendants owed Plaintiff expenses
in the amount of $2,345.05.
14. Defendants had previously reimbursed part of Plaintiffs expenses by check # 7940,
which was returned to Plaintiff by Plaintiffs bank marked NSF for Non Sufficient Funds.
A copy of the check stamped NSF, along with a letter from Plaintiffs bank, is attached as
Exhibit "B" and "C" respectively.
15. Since being fired by Defendants, Plaintiffhas made repeated demand upon Defendants
for payment of the wages and reimbursement of the expenses.
16. Defendants have admitted wages are owed through correspondence attached as Exhibits
"D", "E", and T".
17. Defendants have repeatedly and without any basis, refused to pay these wages and
expenses to Plaintiff.
18. Plaintiffs wages have remained unpaid for more that thirty (30) days beyond the
regularly scheduled pay day.
19. Plaintiff is entitled to liquidated damages equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the
total amount of the wages due or five hundred dollars ($500.00) whichever is greater under
43 P.S. Section 260.10.
20. In addition to the wages, expenses, and liquidated damages, Plaintiff is entitled to an
award of Attorney fees under 43 P.S. Section 260.9.1(f).

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff GLENN R. SNYDER respectfully requests that this Honorable
Court enter Judgment in his favor and against Defendants, Shamrock Inspection & Loss Control,
Inc., JenniferDevine, and John Devine forwages in the amount ofSIX HUNDRED NINETY-ONE
DOLLARS and FIFTY CENTS ($691.50), two weeks vacation in the amount of ONE
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS
($1,383.00), plus twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount due or FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($500.00) whichever is greater, and also an award of Attorney fees, plus costs, and any
other award that the Court deems just and reasonable.
