publish and declare this to be my Last IHll and T,.stament, hereby revoking
any and all Wills by m" at any timl! hl'retofore madl'.
I. I dirl'ct the payml'nt of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after my death as will be> conveni"nt to my Executor hereinafter named.
2. r give, devise and be~ueath all my property, whether real,
personal and mixed, and wheresoever situate at the time of my death, unto
my two sons, David Edward Ott, Jr., and Murray William Ott, in e~ual
shares.
My sons shall have the right to take any of my property, real and/or
personal, in kind should they so elect.
3. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Murray William Ott,
to be the Executor of this, my Last I~ill and Testament. If my son, Murray
William Ott, does not survive me then I appoint Dauphin Deposit Trust
Company, of CarliSle, Pennsylvania, to be the lixecutor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th

any and all wills by me at any time heretofore ..de.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after my death as will be convenient to my Executor hereinafter named.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all my property, whether real,
personal and mixed, and wheresoever situate at the time of my death, unto
my two sons, David Edward Ott, Jr., and Murray William Ott, in equal
shares.
My son. .hall have the right to take any of my property, real and/or
personal, in kind should they so elect.
3. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Murray William Ott,
to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. If my son, Murray
William Ott, does not survive me then I appoint Dauphin Deposit Trust
Company, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be the Executor,
