LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELEANOR L. BOYER
I, ELEANOR L. BOYER, of the Borough of camp Hill, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of Bound and dis-
posing mind, memory and' understanding, do make, publish and de-
alare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void all forn~r Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direot the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. All
estate, inherit~ce, succession and other taxes imposed or pay-
able by reason of my death with respect to all property passing
under this Will, or otherwise, shall be paid out of the principal
of my residuary estate as if such taxes were administration ex-
penses, without apportionment or right of reimbursement. I
authorize my Executors to pay all such taxes at suoh time or
times as they deem advisable.
2.
In the event that my son, Thomas L. Boyer, has not pur-
chased a residence for himself and his family during my lifetime,
I give and bequeath to him, for this purpose, the sum of Six
Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars.
3.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give,
devisC'l and bequeath to my three (3) children, .t.. e., Nancy L.
Hopper, Keith L. Boyer and Thomas L. Boyer, in equal shares.
4.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my sons,
