1. Plaintiff's counsel has requested a continuance to allow the Plaintiff, Marlin
Leidig, the opportunity to obtain new counsel.
2. In exchange for the concurrence of the defendant it is agreed that this matter shall
be listed for the December 6, 2010, term of court and no further requests for
continuance shall be requested by the plaintiff. It is further agreed that any and all
delay damages are hereby waived.
3. Counsel for the plaintiff has conferred with counsel for the defendant who
concurs with the filing of this Stipulated Continuance Order.
