I, the undersigned, being an heir of the ESTATh"~ OF RO~RT~L~~,
E. ARTZ, DECEASED, do hereby acknowledge that I have exam~ed ~~
and inspected the Account and received my distribution in
accordance with same, and I hereby accept and approve such to be
a true and accurate accounting with the same force and effect as
if it had been duly filed in, the Office of the Register of Wills
and audited by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Orphans' Court Division, and requirements of
filing and advertising said Account.
I, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, do
by these presents, remise, release, quitclaim and forever
discharge Kim W, Artz, Executor of tl~ie Estate of Robert E. Artz,
Deceased, his heirs and assigns, of and from all actions, suits,
payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands, whatsoever
for or by reason thereof; and I hereby agree that in
consideration of the promise of the other heirs, to refund to
the said Estate, pro-rata, any amount which may be necessary in
the future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate of which
we may hereafter receive any notice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound
hereby, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ~~day of
