day of s Lf , 2010, approval is granted to the
Natural Parents and Guardians, John and Iris Gilligan, to finalize a settlement on behalf of their
minor child Emily Gilligan. The Parents and their counsel, Vincent M. Monfredo, Esquire, the
Insured and Insurer are directed and Ordered to make and/or receive disbursement of the
$315,000.00 in insurance funds as follows; $148,054.59 to fund an interest bearing account for
Emily for when she turns eight-teen, $78,750 to counsel as fees, $70,000 to parents to reimburse
their IRA and out of pocket expenses, and $18,195.41 to Danbury Health Systems for a medical
lien.
The Parents and Counsel and all other parties are authorized to execute any and all
necessary documents to effectuate this settlement.
