disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be y LAST
WILL and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils previously a by me.

I declare that I am not married, my beloved husband, CHESTER H. BAHN S ., having
predeceased me, and that I have eight (8) children, namely, RUSSELL R. BAHN, CH STER H.
BAHN, JR., MARY ANN BARN, STEPHEN J. BARN, ELIZABETH BARN, JOHN .BARN,
NORMA J. KLOCK, and CHERI LYNN HAIMOWITZ.

I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid from my residu estate as
soon as practicable a$er my decease.
III
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of what ver nature
and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a art of the
expense of the administration of my estate. ~,
IV
I hereby make the tbllowing specific bequests of property:
(a) To MARY ANN BAHN, I devise and bequeath one (1) cemetery lot and to
ELIZABETH BARN, I devise and bequeath one (1) cemetery plot. These plots are located at
Rolling Green Cemetery located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. I also bequeath to ' Y ANN
BARN the plank bottom chair which is currently located in MARY ANN BAHN'S b om and to
the extent that I may be the lawful owner of such items I give, devise and bequest to' MARY ANN
BARN all those items which would be considered "Bann Memorabilia" which maly l~e included
with items which have previously been given to MARY ANN BARN by her AUNT.
AUNT JEAN. Any items of fiuniture purchased after I moved in with my daughter,
BARN, shall be considered MARY ANN BAHN's property. Most of these items w
by the two ofus and, therefore, it is only right that she keep these items.

(b) To JOHN M. BAHN I give the drop leaf table which had been a wedding~lgift to me
and my beloved husband
(c) To CHERI LYNN HAIMOWTTZ I hereby bequest the plank bottom dha~r which is
located in the study at my home and the compote dish from GRANDMOTHER SHUE~.
(d) To the FIRST CHURCH OF GOD located at 28 East Main Street, Mac anicsburg,
Pennsylvania 17055, I bequest the sum of $1,000.00 to be placed in their general fund.'
(e) To the FIRST CHURCH OF GOD COMMUNITY CENTER localt at Green
Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, I bequest the sum of $1,000.00 to be plac'~ed in their
general fund.
(fj to the CHRISTIAN LIFE ASSEMBLY CHURCH located at 2645 Lis um Road,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, I bequest the sum of $1,000.00 to be placed in their gin fund.
V
I direct that my Executor return any gifts that were given to me by m~ hildren or
grandchildren to the donor of that gift if the donor would like to have the gift retumed. I the donor
does not desire to have the gift returned to them then that gift will pass pursuant to! th residuary
clause in this Will.
I also direct that my Executor forgive any indebtedness which is owed to me''by any of my
childnn, or grandchr~dren, and that the forgiveness of the debt not be considered' a mart of the
distribution of my estate.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real or personal, wher~ver situate,
including any property over which I may have a power of appointment, is to be divi'de~i into eight
(8) equal shares with one (1) share going to each of my childnrn, RUSSELL R. BAH~i, HESTER
H. BAHN, JR., .MARY ANN BARN, STEPHEN J. BAHN, ELIZABETH BAHN, JOHN M.

BAHN, NORMA J. KLOCK and CHERI LYNN HAIMOWITZ, per stirpes.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, RUSSELL R. BARN, as Executor o~'this LAST
WILL, to serve without bond. If my son is unable or unwilling to act in that capacity, ~th~n I
