MYERS, of 31 Central Boulevard, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, hereby make, publish and declare the folio ing as and for my Last Will and Testament, revoking and making v id any and all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time her tofore made. FIRST - I nominate, constitute and appoint VIRGINIA P. MYERS, sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve ithout bond. In the event that VIRGINIA P. MYERS should predeceas me or be unable to act for any reason as executrix, I then no inate, constitute and appoint ALAN C. MYERS and JAY A. MYERS, or the survivor of them, to serve as co-executors of this my Last W'l1 and Testament, and said co-executors shall serve without bond. SECOND - I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed, of wha soever kind or nature and whatsoever situate at the time of my dea h to my wife, VIRGINIA P. MYERS, provided she shall survive me for period I of thirty (30) days. THIRD - If my wife, VIRGINIA P. MYERS, should predecea a me or if she would die on or before the 30th day following my eath, I then give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and r mainder of my property, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever situate at the time of my death equally among ALAN C. MYERS and JAY A. MYERS. If ALAN C. MYERS o JAY A. MYERS should predecease me, then I give, devise and bequ~ the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real, pets mixed, of whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever situat time of my death to his issue per stirpes. To repair, alter, improve or lease for any pe~iod of time, any real or personal property,. and to give options for leases. D. To compromise any claim or controversy and to abandon any property which, in the executrix' opinion, is of little or no value. E. To sell and dispose of all my personal property ~nd all my real estate if in the executrix' judgment, it isj deemed advisable, at either public or private sale or sales for the best price or prices that can be obtained for the same, upon such terms and conditions as she shall in her uncontrolled discretion ~ee fit, and by proper bills of sale, deed or deeds, convey assurances in law, to be duly executed, acknowledged and pE to grant, convey and assure the same to the purchaser or pi thereof, in fee simple, without obligation on the latter fit.
