I, Vera J. Coble, of 1711 Chatham Road, Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound
mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any
and all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST
I direct my Executors to pay my just debts, the expense of
my last illness, and my funeral expenses from the property
passing under this Will as an expense and cost of administering
my estate, as soon after my death as may be found convenient.
I further direct that my Executors sell all of my personal
possessions and real property as soon after my death as deemed
convenient.
SECOND
I give, devise and bequeath $1,000.00 to my Granddaughter,
Kelly C. Green~ I bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate of every nature and wherever situate of all that I
own equally to my issue Celinda C. De{m]er of 409 A First
Street, Box 487, Summerdale, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
and my son, J~mes D. Coble of 654 Mumper Lane, Dillsburg, York
County, Pennsylvania. Should any of my issue predecease me or
fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, then to their issue per
stirpes.

THIRD
I hereby appoint Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. I hereby appoint
Mellon Bank as alternate executor should Patrick F. Lauer, Jr.
be incapable of acting as executor.
I direct that no personal representative shall be required
to give or post bond for the faithful performance of the
personal representative duties in this or any other
jurisdiction.

and all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST
I direct my Executors to pay my just debts, the expense of
my last illness, and my funeral expenses from the property /
passing under this Will as an expense and cost of administering
my estate, as soon after my death as may be found convenient.

THIS FAMILY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND FINAL RELEASE is made this .-,~
day of C, sc'/x.;~,¢ ~ ,2003, by and among Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, of the Estate of Vera
J. Coble, deceased, and Celinda C. Deimler, James D. Coble, and Kelley C. Green as residuary
beneficiaries of the said estate (herein collectively referred to as the beneficiaries.)
In accordance with their desire that the administration of the estate of Vera J. Coble be
terminated without the expense and delay of a court accounting, the parties hereto, in
consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed and intending to be legally bound,
hereby agree that:
WHEREAS: Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Vera J. Coble were duly issued by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on January 6, 2003, to Patrick F. Lauer,
Jr., Esquire, as Executrix of said Estate, hereinafter referred to as "Personal Representative";
WHEREAS: The said Personal Representative has gathered the assets, consisting of
personal property, of the Estate of Vera J. Coble. The Statement of Account of the said Personal
Representative, which is attached hereto and made Part hereof as Exhibit "A", constitutes the
assets gathered, the debts paid, the disbursements made, and the distribution to all respective
parties hereto. A copy of the decedent's Last Will & Testament is attached hereto and made part
hereof as Exhibit "B";
WHEREAS: The balance/remainder of the Estate property has been distributed by the
Personal Representative in accordance with this Family Settlement Agreement, and as stated in
the Statement of Account (Exhibit "A").
WHEREAS: Under the provisions of the Second Clause of the Last Will and Testament
of Vera J. Coble, her residuary estate was given to the following beneficiaries in the fractional
shares set forth opposite their names:
Kelly C. Green $1,000.00
Celinda C. Deimler ½ of Residuary Estate, minus $1,000.00
James D. Coble ½ of Residuary Estate, minus $1,000.00
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Patrick F. Laner, Jr., Esquire, personal
representative to the decedent, Celinda C. Deimler, daughter of the decedent, James D. Coble,
son of the decedent, and Kelley C. Green, granddaughter of the decedent, the persons being
entitled to inherit under the Last Will and Testament of Vera J. Coble, do hereby acknowledge
that we have been notified by Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, in his capacity as Personal
Representative, of full satisfaction and payment of all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests,
and devises as given, devised and bequeathed to us pursuant to said Will, and/or the amounts to
us pursuant to said Will, which amounts I have this day acknowledged; and which amounts, are
in the amounts set opposite my name in the Distribution Schedule in the Statement of Account,
and to be distributed as to said Distribution Schedule in the Statement of Account, attached
hereto and made part hereof as Exhibit "A."
.Advice of Counsel
We, Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, Celinda C. Deimler, James, D. Coble, and Kelley, C.
Green hereby acknowledge that this Family Settlement Agreement and Final Release contains
provisions which may waive legal rights and assume legal responsibilities and encumbrances, or
has other legal consequences, and that we have been informed to seek the advice of counsel
before signing said Agreement, but ~osen not to do so, and indicated this decision with
Each of the above named parties hereby acknowledges that he or she has freely chosen to
sign this Family Settlement Agreement and Final Release without the consent or advise of legal
counsel. That we were given the opportunity to seek legal counsel to review this Agreement
prior to our signing, but choose instead to sign without such counsel.
Each of the above named parties acknowledges that he or she is of sound mind and
disposition. We have each read and understand the nature and importance of this Agreement,
that each consider the provisions of this Agreement to be fair, just and reasonable, that each
enters into it freely and voluntarily,
Aereement to waive filine of formal accoun I
We hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing of a
formal account and schedule of distribution, we agree that no account is necessary and we hereby
agree that we consent to distribution being made without the filing of an account and schedule of
distribution, with the same to be with the same force and effect as if they had been filed and
confirmed by the Orphan's Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
Waiver of Liability
We, Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, Celinda C. Deimler, James D. Coble, and Kelley
C. Green, hereby remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge Patrick F. Lauer, Jr.,
Esquire in his capacity as Personal Representative, his heir, executors, and administrators
and assigns, of and from the said Estate and from all actions, suits, contests, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for, or by reason thereof, or for any
other use, matter, cause or thing whatsoever touching upon the Estate of Vera J. Coble.
_Assumotion of Liability
WE, CELINDA C. DEIMLER, JAMES D. COBLE, AND KELLEY C. GREEN,
FURTHER HEREBY COVENANT AND AGREE THAT, SHOULD ANy LIABILITY
COME DUE TO THE ESTATE OF THE SAID DECEDENT AFTER THE SIGNING OF
THIS AGREEMENT, WE HEREBy COVENANT AND AGREE THAT WE, AS
BENEFICIARIES UNDER SAID WILL, SHALL CONTRIBUTE TO THE ESTATE IN
ORDER TO SATISFY ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, SUITS OR CAUSES OF
ACTION WHICH MAY BE SUCCESSFULLY PROSECUTED AGAINST THE SAID
ESTATE OR THE AFORESAID PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AFTER THE
SIGNING, SEALING AND DELIVERY OF THIS FAMILY SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT AND FINAL RELEASE.

I, Vera J. Coble, of 1711 Chatham Road, Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound
mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any
and all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST
I direct my Executors to pay my just debts, the expense of
my last illness, and my funeral expenses from the property
passing under this Will as an expense and cost of administering
my estate, as soon after my death as may be found convenient.
I further direct that my Executors sell all of my personal
possessions and real property as soon after my death as deemed
convenient.
SECOND
I give, devise and bequeath $1,000.00 to my Granddaughter,
Kelly C. Green; I bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, of every nature and wherever situate of all that I
own equally to my issue Celinda C. De~mler of 409 A First
Street, Box 487, Summerdale, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
and my son, James D. Coble of 654 Mumper Lane, Dillsburg, York
County, Pennsylvania. Should any of my issue predecease me or
fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, then to their issue per
stirpes.

I hereby appoint Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. I hereby appoint
Mellon Bank as alternate executor should Patrick F. Lauer, Jr.
be incapable of acting as executor.

to give or post bond for the faithful performance of the
personal representative duties in this or any other
jurisdiction.

DISCOUNT: If any tax due is paid within three (33 calendar months after the decedent's death, a five percent (SZ) discount of
the tax paid is allowed.
PENALTY: The 15Z tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed, and not
paid before January 18, 1996, the first day after the end of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation
penalty is appealable in the same manner and in the the same time period as you mould appeal the tax and interest
that has been assessed as indicated on this notice.
INTEREST: Interest is charged beginning eith first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one (1) day from the date of

beneficiaries of the said estate (herein collectively referred to as the beneficiaries.)
In accordance with their desire that thc administration of the estate of Vera J. Coble be
terminated without the expense and delay of a court accounting, the parties hereto, in
consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed and intending to be legally bound,
hereby agree that:
WHEREAS: Letters Testamentary of the Estate of Vera J. Coble were duly issued by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on January 6, 2003, to Patrick F. Lauer,
Jr., Esquire, as Executrix of said Estate, hereinafter referred to as "Personal Representative";
WHEREAS: The said Personal Representative has gathered the assets, consisting of
personal property, of the Estate of Vera J. Coble. The Statement of Account of the said Personal
Representative, which is attached hereto and made part hereof as Exhibit "A", constitutes the
assets gathered, the debts paid, the disbursements made, and the distribution to all respective
parties hereto. A copy of the decedent's Last Will & Testament is attached hereto and made part
hereof as Exhibit "B";
WHEREAS: The balance/remainder of the Estate property has been d~uted l~_the
Personal Representative in accordance with this Family Settlement Agreement,
the Statement of Account (Exhibit "A").

WHEREAS: Under the provisions of the Second Clause of the Last Will and Testament
of Vera J. Coble, her residuary estate was given to the following beneficiaries in the fractional
shares set forth opposite their names:
Kelly C. Green $1,000.00
Celinda C. Deimler ½ of Residuary Estate, minus $1,000.00
James D. Coble ½ of Residuary Estate, minus $1,000.00
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, personal
representative to tl~e decedent, Celinda C. Deimler, daughter of the decedent, James D. Coble,
son of the decedent, and Kelley C. Green, granddaughter of the decedent, the persons being
entitled to inherit under the Last Will and Testament of Vera J. Coble, do hereby acknowledge
that we have been notified by Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, in his capacity as Personal
Representative, of full satisfaction and payment of all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests,
and devises as given, devised and bequeathed to us pursuant to said Will, and/or the amounts to
us pursuant to said Will, which amounts I have this day acknowledged; and which amounts, are
in the amounts set opposite my name in the Distribution Schedule in the Statement of Account,
and to be distributed as to said Distribution Schedule in the Statement of Account, attached
hereto and made part hereof as Exhibit "A."
Advice of Counsel
We, Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, Celinda C. Deimler, James, D. Coble, and Kelley, C.
Green hereby acknowledge that this Family Settlement Agreement and Final Release contains
provisions which may waive legal rights and assume legal responsibilities and encumbrances, or
has other legal consequences, and that we have been informed to seek the advice of counsel
before signing said Agreement, but h~,~osen not to do so, and\ ~di~ated this decision with
Each of the'above named parties hereby acknowledges that he or she has freely chosen to
sign this Family Settlement Agreement and Final Release without the consent or advise of legal
counsel. That we were given the opportunity to seek legal counsel to review this Agreement
prior to our signing, but choose instead to sign without such counsel.
Each of the above named parties acknowledges that he or she is of sound mind and
disposition. We have each read and understand the nature and importance of this Agreement,
that each consider the provisions of this Agreement to be fair, just and reasonable, that each
enters into it freely and voluntarily,
A~reement to waive filing of formal account
We hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing of a
formal account and schedule of distribution, we agree that no account is necessary and we hereby
agree that we consent to distribution being made without the filing of an account and schedule of
distribution, with the same to be with the same force and effect as if they had been filed and
confirmed by the Orphan's Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Cumbedand County,
Pennsylvania.
Waiver of Liabili .ty
We, Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., Esquire, Celinda C. Deimler, James D. Coble, and Kelley
C. Green, hereby remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge Patrick F. Lauer, Jr.,
Esquire in his capacity as Personal Representative, his heir, executors, and administrators
and assigns, of and from the said Estate and from all actions, suits, contests, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for, or by reason thereof, or for any
other use, matter, cause or thing whatsoever touching upon the Estate of Vera J. Coble.
Assumption of Liability
WE, CELINDA C. DEIMLER, JAMES D. COBLE, AND KELLEY C. GREEN,
FURTHER HEREBY COVENANT AND AGREE THAT, SHOULD ANY LIABILITY
COME DUE TO THE ESTATE OF THE SAID DECEDENT AFTER THE SIGNING OF
THIS AGREEMENT, WE HEREBY COVENANT AND AGREE THAT WE, AS
BENEFICIARIES UNDER SAID WILL, SHALL CONTRIBUTE TO THE ESTATE IN
ORDER TO SATISFY ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, SUITS OR CAUSES OF
ACTION WHICH MAY BE SUCCESSFULLY PROSECUTED AGAINST THE SAID
ESTATE OR THE AFORESAID PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AFTER THE
SIGNING, SEALING AND DELIVERY OF THIS FAMILY SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT AND FINAL RELEASE.

my last illness, and my funeral expenses from the property
