The petition of Good News Consulting, Inc. respectfully requests: ~-+

1. Your Petitioner is Good News Consulting, Inc., who was appointed 'guardian of
the estate of Bertha E. Stone, deceased, and has since been appointed the A~,lministrator
of the Estate of Bertha E. Stone, deceased.
2. Bertha E. Stone died on March 7, 2009, and at the time of death the decedent's
last principal residence was 801 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, Cumberlaxld County,
Pennsylvania.
3. The above-named Decedent died intestate and Letters of Admini~tretion have
been issued. A copy of the Certificate of Grant of Letters Administration i~ attached
hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit A.
4. The names, addresses and relationships of all persons having an interest in the
estate of the Decedent as beneficiaries are as follows:

5. The total value of the Decedent's personal estate is less than $10,040 ~nc~ consists

claims are proposed to be paid from the assets of the Decedent:

c. Depaztment of Public Welfaze (Class 6) $ 40,853.57
d. Church of God Home, Inc. (Class 3) $ 68,357.61
9. It is proposed that the following distribution of the decedent's estate lie made to
the followin g creditors, heirs, or next of kin:

b. Good News Consulting, Inc., Administrator $ 500.00
c. Department of Public Welfare (Class 3) $ 0.00
d. Department of Public Welfaze (Class 6) $ 0.40
e. Church of God Home, Inc. (Class 3) $ 8,185.94

10. Department of Public. Welfare is in agreement with the proposed distribution as
stated in Paragraph 9 above. A copy of the letter from the Department is attached hereto
and incorporated by reference as Exhibit B.
11. Church of God Home, Inc. is in agreement with the proposed distri~bu~ion as
stated in Paragraph 9 above.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests your Honorable Court to decree the
distribution of the Decedent°s personal estate to the persons entitled thereto a~, set forth in
Paragraph 9 above.
