Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, wi~~NG

upon premises commonly known as LO'P 29, BLACK PINE DRIVE, Towllship EAST PENNSBORO,
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated f//CLZ~/~ ~a, .gt~O/ , recorded
at Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office for CUMBl~RLAND County,
Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which, is incorporated herein and attached
hereto.
NOW, March 7, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be fried against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by
any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.

Ail that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro. Cumberland
County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more fully described as follows:
Begim~g at a point on the dedicated right-of-way line of Black Pine Drive at the dividing line
of Lot No. 28 and Lot No. 29, Hickory P,.idge, Phase 1, Recorded in PB 77. Pg. 143. Thence by
said dividing line, South 39 degrees 31 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 124.33 13eet to a
point at the dividing line of Lot No. 26 and lands herein described. Thence by said dividing line
and beyond by Lot No. 25, South 50 degrees 28 minutes 29 seconds West a distance ofg0.00 t~.et
to a point at the dividing l/ne of Lot No. 30 and Lot No. 29, herein described. Thence by said
dividing line, North 39 de~ces 31 minutes 28 seconds West a distance of 135.42 feet to a pokn
on the dedicated right-of-way line of Black Pine Drive. Thence by said right-of-way l/ne, the
fbi. lowing two courses and distances:
1. By a curve to the left: having a radius of 175.00 feet and art arc distance 0f62.65 feet to a point.
2. North 50 degrees 28 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 18.70 feet to a point, the place of
begimfing.
Being Lot No. 29, containing 10,169.76 sq. tt., as shown on Final Subdivision Plan of Hickotw
Ridge, Phase I, recorded in Planbook 77, Page 143, and being subject to all easements of record.'
