Pines, Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, being Lot Nos. 2 and 3,
Section B of a map entitled "Lake Front Cottages Sites at Pocono Pines, Pa., for sale by
F. C. Miller, Easton, Pa., Plotting No. 5, J. L. Westbrook, Stroudsburg, Pa., September
1917, Scale 1" = 50', recorded at Stroudsburg, in Plat Book No. 1, Page 200, resurveyed
July 1930 by Edward C. Hess, C. E. Stroudsburg, Pa." recorded in the Monroe County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Plot Book No. 4, Page 49. The property was acquired by
Betty L. Bachman by Deed dated June 28, 2006, and recorded July 6, 2006 in the
Monroe County Recorder of Deeds Office in Record Book 2273, Page 4053, a copy of
said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Said property is being
transferred to the Decedent's four (4) children in equal shares, as tenants in common,
concurrently with the filing of this return. A copy of the Deed, as well as the letter
transmitting same to the Monroe County Recorder of Deeds for filing, is attached
hereto and incorporated herein. The Total Assessed Value of the above-described
property is as follows: County Assessed Value - $30,190.00 x Common Level Ratio -
7.41 =Total Assessed Value - $223,707.90.

Parcel No. 1 on the attached Deed, having erected thereon a dwelling house known and

acquired by Betty L. Bachman by Deed dated March 20, 1972, and recorded November
14, 1972, in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book "X", Vol.
24, Page 166. A copy of said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The
said property has been listed for sale, but has not yet sold. The Total Assessed Value
of this property is as follows: County Assessed Value - $202,160.00 x Common Level
Ratio -1.26 =Total Assessed Value - $254,721.60.
Upper Allen Township Vacant Lot -All that certain piece or parcel of land located in
Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being tax parcel no. 42-30
-2114-022, also being Parcel No. 2 on the attached Deed. The said property was
acquired by Betty L. Bachman by Deed dated March 20, 1972, and recorded November
