Dear Sir/Madam:
I am in receipt of your Invoice dated August 3, 2010 relative to the above-captioned Estate,
for "Additional Probate" fees.
Obviously, this Invoice was generated as a result of my having filed a Supplemental
Inheritance Tax Return on behalf of Daniel Palermo, Jr.
Please be advised that I do not believe that an "Additional Probate" fee is appropriate based
upon my filing, as I was only reporting anon-Probate asset, the proceeds of which were received by
Mr. Palermo who was beneficiary of a taxable Annuity.
By copy of this letter, I am advising Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, counsel for the Estate, of the
foregoing and I am. f,^~rw,^.rding the Invoice to ?:er, so t>7at she can a?sn s~ldress this issue, if necessary.
