Contractor IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS, G. Bryan Salzmann and Susan E. Salzmann of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Sheriff Builders, Inc., for the execution of a home situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described on the attached Exhibit A. NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the fmther consideration of One Dollar, to be paid to Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any Sub-Contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. BEGINNING at a point in western right of way line of Sebastian Way at comer of Lot No. 41; thence along Lot No. 41, South 80 degrees 21 minutes 05 seconds West 513.07 feet to a point at Lot No. 38; thence along Lot No. 38, North 08 degrees 02 minutes; 35 seconds West 220.90 feet to a point at Lot No. 39; thence along Lot No. 39 North 72 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds East 483.70 feet to a point in western right of way line of Sebastian Way; thance along western right of way line of Sebastian Way South 17 degrees 00 minutes 45 seconds East 209.00 feet to a point; thence still along western right of way line of Sebastian Way to a curve to the right having a radius of 306.63 feet and an arc distance of 75.73 feet on a chord bearing of Soufh 09 degrees 56 minutes 15 seconds East to a point, the Place of Beginning. CONTAINING 126,412 square feet and designated as Lot 40 on Plan of Sunrise Meadows.
