WHEREAS, Jiang-Chao Wang and Xiaoqing Zhu, of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, are
about to execute Contemporaneously herewith, a contract with S&A Homes, Inc., of
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the
construction and/or erection of a building upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together with improvements, situated
in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern right-of-way line of Francis Drive (50.00
feet wide); said point being located at the Southwestern comer of Lot No. 8; then along
the Southern boundary line of Lot No. 8, 67 degrees 06 minutes 53 seconds East, for a
distance of 105.00 feet to a point in line of lands now or formerly of David B. White; then
along said lands of White South 22 degrees 53 minutes 07 seconds East, for a distance of
100.00 feet, to a point at the Northeastern comer of Lot No. 10; then along the Northern
boundary line of Lot No. 10 South 67 degrees 06 minutes 53 seconds West, for a distance
of 105.00 feet, to a point on the Eastern right-of-way line of Francis Drive (50.00 feet
wide); then along said right-of-way line North 22 degrees 53 minutes 07 seconds West,
for a distance of 100.00 feet, to a point and the place of BEGINNING.
NOW, March. ~2_ ,2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution
of the principal contract, and before any authority has been giw;n by the said Jiang-Chao
Wang and Xiaoqing Zhu, to the said S&A Homes, Inc., to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of said
contract with Jiang-Chao Wang and Xiaoqing Zhu, and the further consideration of
one Dollar to S&A Homes, Inc., paid Jiang-Chao Wang and Xiaoqing Zhu, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land by the contractor, or any
subcontractor, now by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
