Complaint
1. The plaintiff is Vistar Corporation with place of business located at 12650 East
Arapahoe Road, Bldg D, Centennial, Colorado.
2. The defendant is Brenton LLC d.b.a. Z Pizza aka Z Pizza-Mechanicsburg with place
of business located at 6416 Carlisle Pike, Suite 1100, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
3. The defendant is Amir Sebetian with place of residence located at 1 Red Bud, Aliso
Viejo, California.
Count I - Vistar Corporation v Brenton LLC
4. On or about November 12, 2008, at the instance and request of defendant's duly and
authorized agent, plaintiff accepted, the Customer Credit Application of Brenton LLC, a true and
correct copy of which is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and is marked Exhibit A.
5. Upon acceptance of the Exhibit A Customer Credit Application, plaintiff sold and
delivered goods and merchandise to defendant at the times, of the kinds, in the quantities, for the
prices and pursuant to the terms set forth in plaintiff's invoices to defendant, copies of which are
attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit B.
6. The goods and merchandise which plaintiff sold to defendant were of a good and
merchantable quality and were those goods which defendant had ordered from plaintiff.
Defendant received and accepted all of the goods and merchandise sold to it by the plaintiff.
7. The prices plaintiff charged defendant were fair and reasonable and were the prices
defendant had agreed to pay plaintiff.
8. From time to time, plaintiff sent to defendant statements reflecting a balance due
plaintiff in the sum of $10,554.60, which statements defendant received without protest.
9. Although demand was made by plaintiff upon defendant to pay the sum of
$10,554.60, the defendant failed and refused to pay all or any part thereof.
10. Pursuant to the Exhibit A Credit Application, plaintiff is entitled to reasonable
attorney's fees, which plaintiff has calculated to be $2,202.92.
11. Pursuant to the Exhibit A Credit Application, plaintiff is entitled to interest at 1.5%
per month (18% per annum) from 30 days after invoice date.
Wherefore, plaintiff demands judgment against defendant Brenton LLC d.b.a. Z Pizza aka
Z Pizza-Mechanicsburg on Count I in the sum of $10,554.60 together attorneys fees of
$2,202.92, interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) from 30 days after invoice date and the
costs of this action.
Count II - Vistar Corporation v Amir Sebetian
12. Plaintiff incorporates by reference paragraphs 1 through 11 above as though more
fully set forth herein.
13. On or about November 12, 2008, defendant Amir Sebetian signed his personal
guarantee of the obligations of Brenton LLC d.b.a. Z Pizza aka Z Pizza-Mechanicsburg. Such
personal guarantee is incorporated into the Exhibit A credit application.
14. As set forth in paragraph 9 above, Brenton LLC d.b.a. Z Pizza aka Z Pizza-
Mechanicsburg failed to pay plaintiff for the goods and merchandise plaintiff sold and delivered
to defendant.
Wherefore, plaintiff demands judgment against defendant Amir Sebetian on Count II in
the sum of $10,554.60 together attorneys fees of $2,202.92, interest at 1.5% per month (18% per
annum) from 30 days after invoice date and the costs of this acti

unable to locate him in his bailiwick. He therefore returns the within Complaint and Notice as not found as
to the defendant Breton LLC. Deputies were advised Breton LLC a/k/a Z-Pizza-Mechanicsburg has been
closed for two months.
