MAAS, DECEASED IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION TRUST TERMINATION On September 1, 2005, Anthony E. Maas, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, executed his Last Will and Testament. Under the terms of that Last Will and Testament, the Executor of his Estate was instructed to create a Family Trust, the income of which was to be paid solely to his spouse. The purpose of this Trust was to take advantage of any favorable estate tax law that existed at his death. We, the appointed Trustees of the Family Trust, however, recognize that the assets funding the Family Trust are substantially less in value than was originally planned. We have deemed that such a small amount of assets make the Trust impractical to administer, as well as economically inefficient. We have therefore determined to terminate such Trust and direct the amount instead to the sole income beneficiary, Margaret L. Maas.
