BIEBEL, of the Township of Millcreek, County of Erie and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills and testaments or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made. And as to my worldly estate and all the property, real or personal, of which I die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death, I devise, bequeath and dispose thereof in the following manner, to-wit: 1. I order and direct my hereinafter named Executor and/or Executrix to pay all of my debts of last illness, funeral expenses and all other obliga- tions due and owing by me at the time of my death, as soon after my decease as shall by him or her be found convenient. 2.
