I am writing this letter to advise you that I am withdrawing as counsel for the estate of
Leslie Jo Byers. The Executors, Patricia A. Fullmer and Belinda K. Baer, have notified me the new
attorney for the estate will be Carl Rominger from Rominger & Associates, 155 South Hanover

Please remove my name in all aspects of representation for the estate.
