AND NOW, this 28`x' day of September, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition
of Mary K. Wagner, it is hereby ordered and decreed that Petitioner shall receive the
distribution of property of the Estate of Eva A. Kuykendall, deceased, one of five
beneficiaries, subject, however, to deductions for any amounts found to be due the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for inheritance tax purposed, payment to outstanding
creditors and costs of administration. Petitioner is hereby authorized to receive, collect
and distribute the property as herein set forth and to make any and all necessary
assignments and transfers.
