MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
TO THE HONORABLE, Kevin A. Hess, President Judge: '~
And now comes the Petitioner, George F. Douglas, III, Salzmann Hughes, P.C., avers the following in
support of this Motion to Make Rule Absolute:
1. On September 13, 2010, Petitioner filed a Petition to Withdraw as Counsel.
2. On September 13, 2010, this Honorable Court issued a Rule upon the Administrator, Edward B. Carrai,
to show cause why the undersigned petitioning attorney should not be permitted tol withdraw and
directed that the Rule be served upon the said Administrator.
3. On September 14, 2010, this Rule was certified in the Clerk of Orphans' Court of the Common Pleas
Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. On September 14, 2010, Service was made upon the Administrator by way of first] class mail. (See
Attached Exhibit "A")
5. More than twenty days has expired since the issuance of the Rule upon the Administrator and which no
response has been forthcoming.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner, George F. Douglas, III, Esquire, respectfully pray that this Honorable
Court allow Petitioner to withdraw as counsel of record for the Estate of Edward P. Carra~.
