I am John Harbilas the Administrator of the Estate. The only asset the Estate has is real
estate and no Cash. I have been in the process of selling the real estate to have cash to
pay the bills of the deceased and pay the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax. As of yet I have
not received any cash offers on the real estate. Due to the fact that the real estate is not
selling I am unable the pay the liabilities of the deceased and the inheritance tax. I feel
that I will need an extension of three months to finalize the sale or encumber the property
with a loan to pay the obligations.
