RENUNCIATION AND DISCLAIMER
RICK D. KARNS, son and legatee of Goldie A. Karns, the
Decedent herein, hereby states as follows:
1. Goldie A. Karns, the Decedent herein, died on July 15,
2010, a resident of Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. Goldie A. Karns, the Decedent herein, had executed a
Last Will and Testament dated February 27, 1986, and a Codicil
dated July 6, 2010, both of which were admitted to probate by
the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and
Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to Robert A. Karns
and Ronald L. Karns, Co-Executors, on July 30, 2010.
3. At the time of her death, the said Goldie A. Karns
was the owner in fee of a certain tract of land, with
improvements thereon erected, known and numbered as 3 South
Road, Mechanicsburg (Silver Spring Township), Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17050 (the "subject real estate").
4. In Item 3.A of her Last Will and Testament dated
SAW ~FF~~ES II February 27, 1986, the said Goldie A. Karns provided:
MARLIN R. McCALEB
"My son Rick D. Karns, may live in my home at
at 3 South Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania for the rest of his life if he so
desires."
5. I am a permanent resident of the state of Florida at
present and have no desire to exercise my right to live in the
subject real estate now or hereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, as well
as in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 ($1.00) Dollar
and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid to me,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby
irrevocably release, disclaim, renounce and surrender my right
to live in the subject real estate for the rest of my life, or
any shorter period, as provided in Item 3.A of the Decedent's
said Last Will and Testament; and I further remise, release and
forever discharge Robert A. Karns and Ronald L. Karns, Co-
Executors as aforesaid, and the subject real estate of and from
my right to reside in the said property as provided in Item 3.A
of Decedent's said Last Will and Testament, the same as if I
had predeceased the said Goldie A. Karns.
And I further agree that if the said Co-Executors shall
hereafter sell the subject real estate to a third party, and if
they so request, I will join in the execution, acknowledgment
and delivery of a deed of conveyance transferring the
Decedent's right, title and interest in and to the subject real
estate to the said purchaser free and clear of my rights under
Item 3.A of Decedent's said Will.

I understand and agree that this Renunciation and
Disclaimer may be filed with the Register of Wills/Clerk of the
Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and with the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, pursuant
to 20 Pa.C.S. Section 6204.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has signed this
