The undersigned, CATHARINE B. PETKO, being the surviving spouse
of DAVID W. PETKO, intending to be legally bound, makes the following
disclaimer:
Disclaimant hereby disclaims all right, title and interest she may have
in her survivorship interest in the following assets:
Wachovia Bank Agency Account #1525899811
Sovereign Bank Premier Money Market Savings Account #1714106578
401 shares Prudential Financial Inc.
193.353 shares Procter & Gamble
Real Estate located at 458 Woodcrest Drive, Mechanicsburg
(Hampden Township), Pennsylvania
It is Disclaimant's intention, by this Disclaimer, to disclaim fifty
percent (50%) of the entire value of the property identified in this Disclaimer,
retaining unto herself the fifty percent (50%) interest which she already owned at
the time of the death of DAVID W. PETKO. All of the foregoing property was
owned by David W. Petko and Disclaimant as tenants by the entireties.
This Disclaimer is irrevocable and unqualified.
