Valley View Masonry Inc., claimant, files this lien against Link-Belt Construction Equipment
Co. L.P., owner and against the building hereinafter described and the curtilage appurtenant thereto for
the payment due to him as claimant in the erection and construction of said building, and makes the
following statement of his demand:
The name of the claimant is Valley View Masonry Inc. with an address of 8199
Mountain Road, Harrisburg PA 17112
2. The name of the owner or registered owner of the property subject to the lien is Link-Belt
Construction Equipment Co. L.P., 7096 Carlisle Pke Carlisle PA 17105
3. Claimant contracted with Gateway Construction, 5 Randam Street, Summerdale PA
17093, Contractor.
4. The materials and/or labor referred to were fumished by virtue of an oral agreement and
consisted of masonry materials with labor to install as indicated by the invoice(s)
attached and marked as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.
5. The amount claimed to be still due and chargeable against the premises hereinafter
referred to is $5,799.00 as of April 6, 2010. The claimant has note or other collateral
security for his claim.
6. The first materials/labor were furnished by claimant on July 20, 2009 and the last
materials/labor were furnished on April 6, 2010.
7. Written notice of the intention to file this claim in accordance with the requirements of the
Act of Assembly in such case, was duly served upon said owner on August 31, 2010 at
c/o CT Corporat;ion System, 116 Pine St., Ste. 310, Harrisburg PA 17101
8. The aforesaid materials/labor were furnished in and about the original erection and
construction of the property, commonly known as Link-Belt 7096 Carlisle Pike
Carlisle PA 17015 as more fully described as follows:
Parcel ID: 38-07-0463-0129, consisting of 4.23 acres, more of less, as fully
described in a deed recorded at Book/Page: 200911055, all In the County of
Cumberland, State of Pennsylvania

9. This lien is claimed from July 20, 2009 when the first visible work was commenced and
against the fee simple interest of the owner in the aforesaid premises.
