Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hi'~eby make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking an~+ land all
other wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid from my esltate as
soon after my death as practically and conveniently may be done.
SECOND. I direct that my remains be interred within my family's burial plot~i~ accord
with my expressed wishes.
THIRD. I authorize my personal representative to expend funds from my ese, in such
amounts as my personal representative shall consider necessary and desirable for the purchase,
erection and inscription of a suitable marker for my grave.
FOURTH. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dallairs{ to each
of my grandchildren, Eric L. Suter, Craig M. Suter, Jason K. Suter, Guy W. Suter, ~intberly
K. Stanley and Joseph C. Kandle, who survive me.
FIFTH. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Frances H. Kandle the follov~i#~g
jewelry; yellow gold diamond engagement ring; platinum diamond ring; pearl necklalce and
gold bracelet with the initials AA inscribed thereon.
SIXTH. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Virginia H. Suter the follawik~ jewelry;
gold wedding ring; Nana Ayares' yellow diamond ring; gold locket with the initials
inscribed thereon and pearl bracelet.
SEVENTH. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Virginia H. Suter, the ~~ situate
in Ontario, Canada, including the furnishing and contents of the house and boat house and all
other personal property at the premises.
EIGHTH. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Frances H. Kandle, the sufi,of Thirty
Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars, in consideration of the above bequest to Vvginia H'~. Suter.
NINTH. I give, devise and bequeath any and all tangible personal property owed by
me at the time of my death not specifically devises above unto my daughters, V'Ugi~a!H. Suter
and Frances H. Kandle, in equal shares, per stirpes.
TENTH. I give, devise and bequeath any and all real estate owned by me alt the time of
my death not specifically devised above, unto my daughters, V~rgiinia H. Suter and Frances H.
Kandle, in equal shares, per stirpes.
ELEVENTH. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate unto my daughters, Vuginia H. Suter and Frances H. Kandle, in equal shams; per

TWELFTH. I direct that ~y and all Inheritance, Estate and Transfer taxes] unposed
upon my estate passing under my will or otherwise, shall be paid out of the principal of my
residuary estate.
THIRTEENTH. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Virginia H. Suter and
Richard A Suter as Co-Exeartors of this my Last Will and Testament. I hereby rslibve my
Executors from the necessity of posting security in connection with their duties,. aa', such, in any
jurisdiction in which they may be called upon to act insofar as I am able by law to old so. In
addition to the powers conferred by law, I authorize my Executors, in their absolu~e~ discretion,
to retain in the form received, and to sell either at public or private sale airy real orlp~sonal
property owned by me at the time of my death.
FOURTEENTH. I have made, or may from time to time make, a written rbe~norandum
expressing my de~re to give certain items of personal property to specific persons. I urge my
Executor and beneficiaries to respect these wishes. Such a memorandum, if made, shall be
stored in conjunction with this Will.

ITEM I: I do hereby amend my Last Will and Testameirt dated January 3, 20102, by
adding the following specific bequests:
1) I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty Thousand (550,000.00) Dollars unto any
daughter, Virginia H. Suter.
ITEM II: In all other respects, I hereby ratify, confirm and republish my Last 1VViIl dated
